You go deep into the deserted forest, where thrushes sing a faint lullaby in a distant place, and the sun-blocking trees around you are like giants overlooking you.
Since you were little, you have learned the hearsay that no one ever returned from the forest, and it had decayed from its center. It's a grotesque and strange forest, where natural creatures grow up in unprecedented forms.
Everyone warns you of the danger here, but you have set up your mind to uncover all the sealed mysteries.
Hello, adventurer!
Awfully deep is a puzzle game. Its main game mode is similar to the famous game Tetris. Enjoy it!
BRAINSTORMING
The design of the wizard and his little familiar
UI design
Design draft for the complexity and simplicity of the UI
This time our theme is Trick.
In a brain storming we came up with various tricks, including the narration tricks of the script, the turnover of the graphics, as well as the tricks of the out-of-the-box thinking.
But eventually, we made a unanimous decision to made a reversal of a classic game. Meanwhile, a little trick of narration was devised.
Here goes the background of the game: an adventurer who enters the forest is tricked into an underground city where an evil wizard was sealed. In phase one of the game, the adventurer may have lost part of his memory and be instigated to remove the seal here. Sealed inside the brick are the evil minions of the wizard. By playing Tetris, players can free them by eliminating the blocks of the trapped minions so that they can appear in the game screen to help the player eliminate more blocks.
But in phase two, the adventurer remembers being tricked, so he has to manage to stack blocks and escape from the dungeon.
We hope to make the familiar cute, so that players are willing to rescue them.
And wizard, seemingly kind but actually cunning.
